ROCKFORD - Robert Hill topped Proviso West with 16 points as the Panthers pulled away from Freeport to win its second game in the Tip-Off Classic.
The Pretzels were led by Zeke Vandenburgh's 15 points and Myterrion Carter added 11. Freeport jumped out to a 7-2 lead and never trailed by more than five points until the final minute.
