One of the last two teams to enter this year's 205 Tip-Off Classic was the defending champion, Chicago Bogan.
Even though all four Rockford Public Schools will be competing along with Machesney Park Harlem and Winnebago, the Bengals are definitely a team to root for.
Mat Parker, Rockford Public Schools Athletic Director, outlined how the Bogan community is coping with loss and how the coaches already entered in this year's Classic allowed their schedules to be scrambled so that Bogan could come back and defend its title.
