• This is Hyde Park’s third year participating in the Tip-Off Classic. The Thunderbirds are undefeated in the event, winning the 2015 trophy with a 4-0 record and finishing 2-0 last year.
• Hyde Park finished 15-10 last season. Point guard Andrew Anderson returns, and senior transfers Malik Onyeali and Jibreel Green are expected to be key contributors.
• Wiltz is the third head coach in three years for Hyde Park.
• The Thunderbirds have won five regional titles since 2003 and reached the supersectionals in 2009.
